Sprout Nutrition Chart

I cant think if an easier, more delicious way to get healthy than eating sprouts. Many seeds and beans are ready to eat in just 3 to 5 days and theyre so easy to grow. Most you throw into a jar with water to soak overnight, then rinse twice a day for the next 3 days. Sprouts are said to have more nutritional value than their mature counterparts.

When I started sprouting, I needed to learn how so I started to research. What i found out is that each sprout has properties to aid in specific medical issues, so I put together a reference chart.
