Easiest Berry Smoothie Recipe

Go to the store and grab the following:

  • a can of pineapple
  • 12 oz bag of frozen mixed berries
  • bottle of juice (no sugar please)

Come home and grab your blender

The Easiest Berry Smoothie Recipe in Just 7 Steps

  1. dump 1/2 the can of pineapple in your smoothie blender.
  2. add juice to just about cover the pineapples.
  3. dump 1/2 the bag of berries in your blender.
  4. blend.
  5. pour.
  6. drink.
  7. get healthy!

That’s IT… You might have to play around with the amount of juice to get the right consistency, but smoothies really CAN be that easy, tasty and HEALTHY!

Every time i feel a little yucky, i grab my blender and bust out some of this smoothie. I feel better in minutes… maybe this is why…

I came up with recipe after watching Chris’ berry smoothie recipe video. I left out the coconut because I just dont like it. You might want to add it in, or replace the juice with coconut. I left out the banana because I usually will be eating one later… AND, if I made too much and I want to save it for later, bananas dont keep well in the fridge.
